Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple: payments keep the lights on, but we’re fair when errors happen.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
• Cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t refund past payments.

Credits

• Credit packs are one-time purchases.
• Once bought, they’re non-refundable.

Refunds

• Payments are generally non-refundable.
• If there’s a billing error or technical issue, email us at hi@outpage.io and we’ll fix it fast.
• Please include details (invoice ID, dates, screenshots) so we can investigate quickly.

Legal

Using outpage.io may be subject to laws in your country. You’re responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with local rules.

How to Cancel

1. Sign in at app.outpage.io.
2. Go to Manage subscription.
3. Hit Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
