By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. We’ll keep it short and clear.

1. Using outpage.io

You must have the legal right to use the service in your country.
Please use real info when creating an account.

2. Your Content

You can create websites, upload files, and connect custom domains.

Everything you publish is your responsibility.

Don’t upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Sites may be public by default (preview links, subdomains, or custom domains).

We’re not responsible for what users publish.

3. Data on Your Websites

If you collect data from visitors (forms, cookies, analytics), that’s on you.

You must follow relevant privacy/data protection laws and provide your own privacy/cookie policy if required.

We’re not the controller of data collected on your sites.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

outpage.io offers free and paid plans.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Credits are one-time purchases and don’t renew.

Refund rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Don’t use outpage.io to:

Upload or share illegal or harmful content;
Violate others’ intellectual property;
Spread malware, spam, or abusive code;
Attack or disrupt the platform.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

6. Service Availability

We try to keep outpage.io up and running, but we don’t promise 100% uptime. Features may change or be removed as we improve the platform.

7. Liability

outpage.io is provided “as is”.
We’re not liable for loss of data, business, or profits from using the service.
Our liability is limited to what’s required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are big, we’ll let you know (email or in-app). If you keep using the service, you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
